12 week Half Marathon training program that includes:

  • Running workouts through out the course of 12 weeks. It’s not just about running the mileage, it’s also about running smartly with specific hill, interval and tempo style workouts.
  • 6 Strength Training Workouts that can completed at home with minimal equipment
  • Warm Up and Cool Down instructions
  • A 12 week countdown calendar with color coded workouts
  • Access to the TNF Running Club!

*You must be able to run 4 miles at a time plus currently running 12 miles per week
