8 week Beginner 5K training program that includes:

  • Running workouts through out the course of 8 weeks. Building up your mileage safely and efficiently is important for a successful and enjoyable race. These workouts can include walking and over time you will be able to run the entire distance.
  • 4 Strength Training Workouts that can completed at home with minimal equipment
  • Warm Up and Cool Down instructions
  • An 8 week countdown calendar with color coded workouts
  • Access to the TNF Running Club!

*You must be able to run/walk 1 mile at a time plus currently run/walking 2 miles per week
