  • Customized Workout Plan – there is no one else like you in this world so why should you follow a plan that was made for someone else? All workouts and schedules are customized to fit into your lifestyle and needs.
  • Unlimited access to Courtney via video chat, email and communication through the Travel iN Fitness app.
  • Access to the Travel iN Fitness app to view your plan, track your progress and see results.
  • Videos for each exercise. This will enable you to correctly perform the exercise in order to get the most out of your workout and help to prevent injuries.
  • Unlimited changes to your plan. Do you have an unexpected trip coming up, did you catch a bad cold or another life hurdle try to throw you off your game? What ever the reason your workout plan can be adjusted on a weekly basis. No more falling off your plan and just giving up on your goal. You can be successful!

What do I need to get started?

  • Consistent access to the internet with a computer and/or smart phone
  • No equipment required – I work with what is available to you. You’d be surprised how good of a workout you can get with little to no equipment.
  • A place to workout – examples are your house, outdoors, gym, hotel, office, etc. Even if you think your space is tiny we can make it work.
  • Dedication – I will give you the tools and support you need but at the end of the day it’s up to you to put in the work.
